At SHEETH, we rely on past performance and have developed a trusted relationship with many clients, project managers, designers and architects over our decades of operation. We understand that by listening to our business partners’ needs and desires, we can perform meticulously and deliver a solid product. We believe communication is an essential value of our business. Our History

  • 1988

    Kassem Sheeth started his journey as a builder seeking to always do right by people.

  • 2012

    SHEETH GROUP was created whilst Hussein Sheeth was studying full time at university whilst working full time, making his way up the ranks at one of Australia’s leading Construction companies.

  • 2017

    Hussein and his brother and business partner Mohammed decided in early 2017 to leave the firms they were working at, wanting to give it a go as a small family owned and operated building firm, under a new name: SHEETH. The goal was to win 1 project, deliver it and survive the first year.

  • 2017 Dec

    In the first year, over 30 Construction, Refurb and Fit-out projects were completed. SHEETH far exceeded their goals! Hussein and Mohammed had a growing urge to make a difference in the industry.

  • 2018

    2018 saw the team grow to 10 full time employees, with an established office in the heart of Marrickville and a strong purpose to prove a point in the Sydney building sector. The team worked long and hard and delivered over 55 projects and achieved 72% repeat clients all of which enjoyed a fulfilling experience with the SHEETH team.

  • 2019

    The team grew to 15 employees with a strong projected pipeline of work and a new purpose: To become a well-recognised and sought-after Tier-3 builder in Sydney. SHEETH expanded the business beyond NSW and into VIC and ACT.

  • 2020

    2020 proved to be a vital year that was a testament to the teams ability and belief in SHEETH’s core values and vision. The team achieved an astounding result completing over 30 projects, building in NSW, ACT, QLD & VIC as well as acquiring a new 850m2 facility as the new SHEETH head office!

  • 2021

    Today SHEETH are an experienced team with over 25 employees driven by the companies vision and values. The team is thrilled to have moved into the new HQ and to be working in multiple states of Australia.

  • 2021

    SHEETH finishes on a high! achieving ISO Certification, receiving a MBA award for INKA hospitality fitout and a Silver award for ShoeGrab at Sydney Design Awards.

He has the experience, vision & drive to ensure every project, from conception through to handover, is delivered to the highest standards.

Marissa is a passionate leader, driven by the desire to turn SHEETH's new & existing clients vision into a reality. Overseeing the Marketing & Estimating departments she creates synergy across the Sales Division.

She prides herself on being reliable & consistent, her ability to always deliver has seen her become a vital member of our firm.
